Description
Aim of Sessions: To introduce Year 2 to breathing and meditation whilst still incorporating play. The topic ‘Focus’ teaches children the basics of mindfulness – the idea that focus can be a form of meditation.
Activities: Mindful Breathing Wand, Nature Soundscapes, Bubble Breathing, Body Scan with Chris – Focus, Mindful Walk, Magic Feet, Cloud Catchers, Rainbow Breath, Three Stars Gratitude
