Thank you for shopping with Thought Bubbles Education Limited.  We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward Returns and Refunds policy, as outlined below.

  1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
  • You must initiate the return within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Certain items are non-returnable or non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods
  • Gift cards.
  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

 

  1. How to Return an Item

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, a description of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return the item.
  4. Securely pack the item in its original packaging to ensure it is protected during transit. Please include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.
  5. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.

 

  1. Return Shipping Costs
  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking information.

 

  1. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that depending on your payment method or bank, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the standard return process to receive a refund, and then place a new order for the desired item.

  • Photos of the damaged or defective item.
  • A description of the issue.

We will provide a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
