Aim of Sessions: To develop Year 4 children’s understanding of feelings and what they are. Tying into their PSHE curriculum whilst still focusing on mindfulness. The topic ‘Feelings’ is all about how we can sit, observe and feel our feelings in a reflective way.
Activities: What are feelings?, 5 Finger Breathing / Box Breathing, Zones of Regulation, Bubble Breathing with food colouring, Body Scan with Chris, Mindful Walk, Thoughts and Feelings, Three Stars Gratitude
