The Children’s Meditation Programme

Our Meditation Programme is designed for you to explore mindfulness together with your child. You’ll receive a 6-module workbook, while your child has their own workbook to follow alongside, allowing you to learn side by side at your own pace.

Through engaging activities and different styles of meditation, you’ll create meaningful moments of connection while building lifelong mindfulness skills. This programme is fun, interactive, and a wonderful way to strengthen your bond.
